Stenting d'une recoarctation de l'aorte - Par le Pr Younès Boudjemline

Patient de 25 ans chez qui on a découvert une hypertension artérielle. L'angio IRM montre un rétrécissement de l'isthme aortique qui mesure entre 12 et 13 mm alors que l'aorte horizontale mesure environ 18 mm. .
Nous procédons à un cathétérisme cardiaque pour la mise en place d'un stent extensible par ballonnet (BIB :ballon in ballon).
